Worldwide: Guest management platform Duve has raised $60 million in Series B funding, led by Susquehanna Growth Equity with participation from existing investors XT Ventures and others. The new capital will support Duve’s global expansion, with offices set to open in the UK, Germany, Singapore, and an additional Asian location. The funding will also build out a new AI infrastructure and expand the company’s AI agents. The agents are trained on real hotel data and connected directly to property systems, drawing from live reservation details, guest preferences, amenity information, task management platforms, and food-and-beverage platforms. It has reduced response times from 30 minutes to one minute. David Mezuman, CEO and co-founder of Duve, said: “Duve was built on a simple belief: hotels shouldn’t have to choose between delivering personal hospitality and embracing technology. We help every hotel truly know its guests and deliver individualised stays at scale, while unlocking meaningful revenue opportunities.” Noa Wolfson at Susquehanna Growth Equity, said: “Guest management has become the missing link in hotel technology. Duve fills that gap with a unified approach that brings personalisation, communication, and operations into a single platform.
